3. Prices and Payment
Prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Website. Payment is required before goods are dispatched.
4. Ordering Process
Orders are placed through the checkout process. You must review your details before confirming. Clicking “Order” o similar link to finalize the purchase, creates a binding agreement. Confirmation will be sent via email.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available to countries listed in the Shipping Information page. Times are estimates. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal

8. Digital Content
If you request immediate access to digital content, you waive your withdrawal right once download or streaming starts.
9. Legal Warranty
Goods are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against lack of conformity. You may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Nothing limits liability for death, injury, or fraud.
11. Governing Law
Italian law applies. For EU consumers, mandatory local laws prevail. Disputes will be heard in your place of residence or Milan.

3. Prezzi e pagamenti
I prezzi sono in Euro (€) e includono IVA ove applicabile. I costi di spedizione sono indicati prima del pagamento. I metodi di pagamento accettati sono indicati sul sito. Il pagamento è richiesto prima della spedizione.
4. Procedura d’ordine

5. Consegna
Consegniamo nei Paesi indicati nella pagina “Informazioni di spedizione”. I tempi sono indicativi. Eventuali dazi doganali e tasse sono a carico del cliente.
6. Diritto di recesso

Se richiedi accesso immediato a contenuti digitali, rinunci al diritto di recesso una volta iniziato il download o lo streaming.

I beni sono coperti da garanzia legale di conformità di 2 anni. Puoi chiedere riparazione, sostituzione, riduzione del prezzo o risoluzione.
10. Responsabilità
Non siamo responsabili di ritardi dovuti a cause di forza maggiore. Nulla limita la nostra responsabilità per morte, lesioni o frode.
11. Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori UE prevalgono le norme imperative locali. Le controversie saranno competenti nel luogo di residenza del cliente o a Milano.
