Kitaro Kasukabe will hold a lecture about his vision of kinbaku photography, explaining the influence of Japanese culture on the developement of bondage aesthetics. He will demostrate his method of work, with two actual shooting sessions. Kitaro Kasukabe has a peculiar style, in which he ties his model and then shoots the pictures, using continuous light and not strobes.
There will be a hands-on workshop as well, where he will educate several attendees about how to realize photographs inspired by his style. The workshop will consist of 5 shifts of two hours each, educating up to two teams shooting in different settings during each shift.
There are two options:
- Subscribe as a team of two people: one model and one rigger/photographer, who will both tie the model and shoot the pictures.
- Subscribe as a team of three people: model, photographer, and rigger.
As a single, you can express your interest, and we will help you form a team, but you cannot subscribe until such a team is formed.
